By accessing or using johnjoy.net or The John Joy Co.'s Transportation Management System ("TMS"), you agree to these Terms of Service.

Services

The John Joy Co. provides business-to-business charter bus transportation management, dispatch, scheduling, and related services.

User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and current business information
• Use services in compliance with all applicable laws
• Not misuse, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to systems

Billing & Payment

Fees and payment terms are governed by written agreements or booking confirmations. Late payments may result in service suspension.

Cancellations & Modifications

Cancellation and modification terms are provided at the time of booking or contract execution.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The John Joy Co. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The John Joy Co. from claims arising from your misuse of services or violation of these Terms.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for violations of these Terms.

Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Venue shall be Los Angeles County, California.

Changes to Terms

Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
